  16. Well it’s a valid question because more of this could happen if the authorities don’t change the law. It is disgusting the indifference to animal suffering. it is so normal and accepted and few can see how disgusting it all is. Of course Caesar did the right thing, what was he supposed to do wait until the thug killed the dog or keep driving on? I would have done the same if not more. It is a great discussion as it is highlighting the indifference to suffering when it is not our own suffering or another human.
